  1. ah, I hope THEY aren’t the prize. I’m glad the mystery is solved! May that be the last of your curious visitors! By the way…how did you do the collage of the pics? Jen

  2. I made the collage with a program called “Comic Life.” I just downloaded the trial version the other day – fun and could be addictive… http://plasq.com/ I found out about it through my .mac account, so I’m pretty sure it’s just for mac users… so sorry if you’re not. Maybe there are windows versions out there with something similar.I haven’t decided yet what the prize is, I was hoping to get some people to make comments on my blog… so thanks Jen. 🙂 What do you think it is? My friends here aren’t sure – even the seasoned missionaries. Some are siding with a rat, others with a mouse, but none are 100% positive.

  3. Oh, I was thinking it looked like a mouse. But after doing countless hours of research (5 mins really) on google, I think perhaps we could call it, Rattus sikkimensis. See the following link and decide for yourself if its the same animal. http://images.google.ca/imgres?imgurl=http://www.hku.hk/ecology/porcupine/por23gif/Rat2-72.jpg&imgrefurl=http://www.hku.hk/ecology/porcupine/por23/23-vert-ratname.htm&h=235&w=548&sz=23&tbnid=sPbFLJfeed8J:&tbnh=55&tbnw=130&hl=en&start=182&prev=/images%3Fq%3Dthailand%2B%2Brat%26start%3D180%26svnum%3D10%26hl%3Den%26lr%3D%26sa%3DNThey do look kinda cute…and they like grapefruit. If you need to catch anymore.JenPS Thanks, I’m feeling a lot better today.

  4. Yes Jen, I do believe that you’re a winner! 🙂 I agree that the rat picture that you found looks very much like the rodent that was found in my kitchen. 🙂 I’m still deciding on your prize and it will be sent to you soon – no worries. Thanks for participating! 🙂 There was some fierce competition wasn’t there? 🙂

  5. Whew, OK. I can sleep at night now. Yes, indeed, competition was fierce. Good thing I got my entry in early.PS Like the baby bonnet! I’m glad you’ve found some supplies to keep you going!
