Throughout November and part of December there’s a sunflower festival that takes place in Lopburi province. My friends and I hadn’t been yet, so we went after church today to a field about 20 minutes outside of the city of Lopburi. As you can see, there were rows upon rows of sunflowers. What you can’t see is that there were also rows upon rows of people, cars, and vendors at the market. Needless to say it was a popular place “to go on a fun outing” for “khon Thai” (Thai people) and “farang” (foreigners) alike.
