tracking with USPS – or at least trying to

I have been going nuts these last few days. Poor Lori keeps hearing comments from me such as “Where IS it?” and “I KNOW it must be in Thailand but why doesn’t it (the website) say so???”

I ordered my laptop bag last week and decided to pay for the more expensive tracking option for shipping, thinking that somehow it would guarantee the bag ending up in my hands. Everything was fine at first. I got the tracking number, the bag was received by USPS and then it left San Francisco. And it’s still in transit. Never to be heard from again. Apparently. And now I’m wondering why I even bothered to fork out more money in order to track my bag.
