I happen to have loud sneezes. Satisfying though they may be, they can also be a tad embarrassing. I covet small, quieter sneezes. I know there’s no point to it, but I do.

Today, I heard someone sneeze in the coffee shop I was seated in, and I couldn’t help to turn and look. It was a ginormous sneeze. Honestly. Ginormous. Who could’ve let out such a huge sneeze? I turned and looked and there was a petite Thai woman who at the very moment I turned to look at her she sneezed her ginormous sneeze again.

I was secretly very delighted that it was she who sneezed so loudly.
