In case you were wondering, the unwanted intruders have been around a bit less. Sort of.
We disciplined ourselves to only put food in their bowls in the morning and evening. So there’s generally not food in their bowls for the other black cat and orange tabby to find.
David and Bowie still guard downstairs.
And still fall asleep on the job.
And somehow the other black cat is making headway in becoming friends with these two. He’s sneaky. And he looks a lot like David. I caught him upstairs yesterday when I was sitting at my desk. Not good.
