On south section of 1st Ring Road: heading up bridge over Mae Nam Ping River. Many vehicles stopped to check out the flooding of the river. This is from the first day of the flooding at about 5:30pm.

On south section of 1st Ring Road: road on west side still okay at this point but probably flooded over that night or the next day.

In Nong Prateep area of Chiang Mai, behind the Mekong Center on the morning of Sept. 29th: the water from the Mae Nam Ping River had reached this yard that we normally walk through to get to Khun Et’s for lunches.
